Post-Election Day Funny

By Michael Seese

I know I said I was done, but...

(Besides, technically this isn't commentary on the 2012 election.)

In a previous entry, I mentioned that my employer occasionally posts a poll for the employees on the corporate intranet. This was yesterday's:

Here are the results.

Look, I don't care if you thought Reagan was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Who ranks him ahead of Washington, Jefferson, and FDR?

I can only assume it's a generational phenomenon, and that the same folks who chose Ronnie are the same ones who have "heard of" the band that Paul McCartney was in before Wings

OK. Now I'm done.

By the way, in my last post, I predicted a 298 - 240 electoral vote count. According to politico.com, it was 303 - 206. (The difference in the overall totals is due to those states which are still "up in the air.") Not bad!

  1. And I'm surprised Kennedy wasn't included on that list. Maybe that's who the 706 voted for in "Other".

    1. Snarkiness aside, you could argue that, today, George W. and Obama are the two most "influential" presidents, which is what the question asked.

      Still...
